Uplrr provides:

• Hosting for small files and images;
• URL shortening.

The service is powered by the open-source project Zipline.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must not upload or link to any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates intellectual property rights.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the links you create.
• Illegal content and links are strictly prohibited and may be subject to moderation and removal at any time.

3. Moderation and Content Removal

• Uplrr reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any uploaded files or shortened links that:
  • Contain or point to illegal content (e.g., CSAM, malware, pirated software);
  • Violate these Terms or applicable law;
  • Are reported by users or flagged by automated systems.
• Repeated violations may result in IP bans or blacklisting from the service.

4. Limitations

• File size, expiration, and number of uploads may be restricted without notice.
• We do not guarantee permanent availability of any file or shortened link.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Uplrr is offered "as is" — we strive for reliability, but can't promise perfection.
• We back up data regularly, but cannot guarantee recovery in every situation or prevent third-party misuse.

6. Updates to Terms

• Terms may be updated without notice. Continued use implies acceptance of any changes.
